Our strength piece today is one of our high volume squat sessions. Today we are working a heavy back squat with all sets at a % that will get challenging throughout each set. Use the rest to work on mobility and preparing for the metcon!

Looking to go unbroken on the wall balls, while breaking up the heads into sizable bites. Focus on keeping the lats engaged during the deadlifts in order to keep the bar pulled in close to the body, while driving thru the heels up to full extension.
