ANNOUNCEMENTS / REMINDERS
1. Per Jaime’s post in the FB Members Page: A few of our athletes will be participating in a competition in benefit of the Humane Society of Summit County @ her husband’s gym. All are welcome to come watch! We’ll also be collecting donations to the humane society for the animals. Here’s a list of what’s needed most:
-Canned cat and dog food (any brand)
-Dry cat and dog food (Hill’s Science Diet only)
-Hot dogs
-Bleach (Clorox brand or household bleach that is 5.25% sodium hypochlorite)
-Laundry detergent (High Efficiency only)
-Disposable latex gloves
-Paper towels
2. Athlete Appreciation Party is Saturday, October 6th @ 5:30PM! Look for more details in the next few days!
3. Tiff has put together a Perpetual Fitness team for the Harvest Walk and 5k on October 7th. From what I understand there will be plenty of people from the gym walking and running. To get in on the fun sign up here!
