*Partner 1 completes all wall balls while P2 does as many single-arm DB Floor Presses as possible during the same time. Then switch.
Right into….
125 Cal Row + Max DB Snatches, alternating (50/35)
*Partner 1 completes all cals while P2 does AMRAP of DB Snatches during the same time. Then switch.

100 Wall Balls (14/10) + Max SA DB Floor Press (35/20)
*Partner 1 completes all wall balls while P2 does as many single-arm DB Floor Presses as possible during the same time. Then switch.
Right into….
100 Cal Row + Max DB Snatches, alternating (35/20)
*Partner 1 completes all cals while P2 does AMRAP of DB Snatches during the same time. Then switch.
