Perpetual Fitness – CrossFit

Every year during the CrossFit Open, a workout is released on Thursday night @ 8PM, which then is our WOD for the next day (Friday). That will stay the same for this year! There will also be an “At Home” version if you are still in quarantine or are traveling, or simply can’t make it in to the gym that day.

In addition, we will have 1 separate “Main Event” workout/hangout/good time each of the 4 weeks.
Tentative dates are as follows:
Week 1: Thursday Throwdown, March 11th
Week 2: Sunday Funday, March 21st
Week 3: Saturday Showdown, March 27th
Week 4: Friday Night Lights, April 2nd

The purpose of these are to get people together and have a great time, while supporting one another and bringing out the very best in each other. Perpetual does not tolerate judgement of any sort….if you are here, you are working on yourself. And that’s pretty cool! We’re here to build one another up…..and that is the ONLY purpose of the Intra Open.

This Friday there is a Live Draft + Happy Hour @ the gym at 5:30pm.
