1st: 1 Overhead Squat | PVC OHS | Banded OHS
2nd: 5 Front Squats
3rd: 10 Back Squats
*Start with an empty barbell and add weight every 3 minutes for as long as possible. Once unable to add weight, complete remaining sets at the heaviest weight lifted for all remaining sets.
