“So much for Saturday”


Complete as many repetitions as you can, as quickly as you can.


Working in teams of 3, your goal is to complete as many reps of the given movements in the time it takes your partner to sprint (run or row) 400 meters. The mission will begin with one partner running/rowing and the other two partners working on one of the assigned movements. Upon completion of the run/row, partners will rotate. Once all 3 partners have complete the run/row AND 2 intervals of the given movement, your team will move onto the next exercise!

OH Lunges (45/35)

Man Makers (35/30)


A team’s score will be determined by the number of repetitions they complete of the movements, adjusted by time penalties. One point will be subtracted from the team’s score for every 5 seconds that the team finishes after 24 minutes!
