*Today we working the top end of our maximal front squat performance. We are working single reps, getting the nervous system ready for heavy singles when we max out. The rest should be enough to complete all sets.

Our workout today is a short 8 minute sprint. Although our KB weight is relatively light, going unbroken on all reps may fatigue the grip which will be essential when moving to the TTB. A good goal would be to complete TTB in around 2 sets each. Enjoy!
