We are excited to announce we are reintroducing Mindset Coaching! Mindset Coaching with Dan is back in action! Each month, we are going to discuss various topics to make us all think and test our mind. Are we doing all that we can to be our very best both physically and mentally?
Our goal is to start each month off with some Perpetual Positivity to drive your success in and out of the gym.
Many forget that the brain is a muscle of its own just like any other. It too, deserves the rest and challenges that we give our body throughout workouts and our daily lives.
A great quote from John Milton says “The mind is its own place and, in itself can make a heaven of hell or a hell of heaven.”
Our Perpetual view of this is, each person has the ability to create emotions/feelings through their mindset. A person can have riches but feel empty, a person can have nothing and feel full. It’s our mindset that helps us get through each day. When we don’t have that positive mindset, how can we expect positive results.
This weeks mindset topic is gratitude. In the video below, Dan dives deep into the factors of gratitude and the mindset aspect around it.
Take the time while listening to break down the words being said. This is chance to focus in and recognize what your attitude is towards gratitude, and how it can relate.
